Jacki SmithJacki Smith’s earthy, practical approach to magic takes to spooky out of being a witch and adds in the flavor of humor and lightheartedness.  This isn't Jacki's first magical rodeo, as she has been making magic through her company, Coventry Creations since 1992.  You may just have grown up on Jacki's Blessed Herbal Candles and many other magical candle and oil lines.    Jacki's bestselling book, Coventry Magic with Candles, Oils and Herbs published in 2011 illustrates her eclectic and empowered magical style. 

This witch doesn't sit still for anything, she has created hundreds of magical candles, oils and incense over the years, teaches classes, volunteers, and her latest venture is to make the Akashic Records a powerful and practical spiritual tool.   DIY Akashic Wisdom, Access the Library of Your Soul, is co-authored with her sister, business partner and wonder-twin, Patty Shaw.  Together they make the journey into your own Akashic records not only easy but a healing adventure.


Drake SpaethDrake Spaeth, Psy.D. is a shamanic counselor, Pagan minister, death midwife, clinical psychologist (licensed in Illinois), and a faculty member of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is also a Sacred Breathwork facilitator. He has studied and trained for the past three years at the Crows Nest Center for Shamanic Studies. Drake has authored several chapters about shamanism, rites of passage, and Celtic spirituality in scholarly texts, and he regularly presents at academic conferences about shamanism, Jungian psychology, Existential-Humanistic psychotherapy, transpersonal and spiritual counseling, indigenous spirituality, and trauma/PTSD.

He offers workshops in breathwork, soul retrieval/recovery, trauma healing, Jungian psychology, Joseph Campbell and the Hero’s Journey, existential anxiety and life purpose, and soulwork. He designs and facilitates creative rituals for healing and consciousness expansion. For the past six years he has also facilitated the Sacred Hunt ritual (an ecstatic ritual of consciousness transformation) at various Pagan gatherings and retreats.

Frater ZikuFrater Ziku, a.k.a. Monte, has been a practicing pagan for 15 years and has devoted his path to ceremonial magicks for the past 5 years. He is an avid lover of Tarot divination and loves to give readings to people. He is the Treasurer of the Ordo Aeternus Vovin and currently holds the degree of Draco Ater. He is also a first degree initiate in the Minoan Brotherhood. He has a degree in film and has studied American Sign Language interpretation. He owns his own DJ and Video Production business called MoBu Entertainment. He has also served 15 years in the US military. Ziku resides in Dayton, OH with his partner of 9 years, Jesse, their two dogs, Belladonna and Hemlock, and their 9 hermit crabs!!


Ian CorriganIan Corrigan - has been teaching, learning, singing and playing in the American Neopagan movement since 1976. Beginning by teaching ‘Witchcraft, Magic & the Occult’ for the Kent State University Free School, he has decades of experience in a variety of occult, pagan and magical topics. Having received his 3rd degree initiation in Celtic Traditional Wicca in the early 80s, Ian has led eclectic study groups, a traditional Wiccan coven and a Druid Grove. Ian has been well-known for decades at Pagan festivals as a bard, ritualist and teacher.


Alaric AlbertsonAlaric Albertsson is the author of Travels Through Middle Earth: The Path of a Saxon Pagan and Wyrdworking: The Path of a Saxon Sorcerer, both published by Llewellyn Worldwide. Alaric embraced polytheism back in the summer of 1971 and has never looked back! Over the past four decades his personal spiritual practice has developed as a synthesis of Anglo-Saxon tradition, rural customs, herbal studies, spiritist beliefs and rune lore. For Alaric, a reverence for the earth and respect for ancestral and indigenous spirits are fundamental defining qualities of pagan religion. Alaric eventually moved to Kansas City, where in the 1990's he served as Vice President and on the Board of Directors of the Heartland Spiritual Alliance. In 2001, at the winter solstice, he and his partner Scott moved to western Pennsylvania. While writing Wyrdworking, Alaric collaborated with artist Taren Martin to create the popular Martin Rune Deck (www.wolfden-designs.com). A member of ADF, Alaric is a Dedicant Program mentor and an active member in his local grove.

AlexAlex Wedmedyk is a facilitator of self-healing and spiritual growth workshops, using the power of rhythm. He is a Master Drummaker, Drummer, Workshop Facilitator, and Craftsman,.who relates to a wide range of human experience. He connects with compassion and deep understanding to the struggles and challenges of everyday life with a proactive, simple solution oriented methodology. In his workshop he integrates the powerful methods of shamanism, with ecstatic trance rhythms as well as rhythms for fun-fulfillment. In this process which he calls “Rhythmical Attunement”, Alex uses sound therapy (Cymatics) to help people shed their old patterns of ill health, dissatisfaction and dysfunction and realign their energy patterns to create a new healthy more complete self. “Our inner strengths and outer powers are directly related to how well we move through our lives in rhythm”.
Alex started his career as a professional craftsman in the early “70?s working in leather and marketing. In the early “90?s, he settled on making drums and drumming as his main form of creative expression. After having a spiritual awakening, he shifted his focus from business to finding the hidden secrets of rhythm. Alex has studied with many teachers and master drummers, over the past 15 years. He has performed and done workshops at many gatherings, schools, and public venues, and he has been a ritual drummer and various Earth Spirit Ceremonies.

JoyOlorisha Omi Lasa ( Joy Wedmedyk ) is an initiated priestess in Regla do Ocha, a Lukumi tradition known as Santeria. For over 35 years she has studied symbolism, divination and shamanism, and has learned from and is indebted to the spirits and ancestors of the planet, her elders and the indigenous people of the Americas, Cuba and Africa. While in Africa, she was recognized as a Kontoumble Gatekeeper (Shaman) by the Dagara people in Burkina Faso.

Joy and her husband Alex are co-founders of Earth Rhythm, a company dedicated to bringing drums and drumming to the community. Over the past 17 years they have taught hundreds of people how to craft and play their own drums.

SueSue Balaschak has been playing the drums professionally since the age of 12. As the drummer for bands including Burning Sage and Telling Point, Sue has shared billings with such talented musicians as Rusted Root, Michael Schenkar, Hot Tuna, and New Riders of the Purple Sage. She has performed with Drumplay and Grammy nominee Peter Janson, and has opened for international bestselling author Wayne Dyer. Sue's first hand drumming CD, "Primal Rhythm 1" received rave reviews in national publications and is featured in the national documentary, "Return of the Cuyahoga", airing on PBS. "Primal Rhythm 2", featuring Dun Duns and Djembe, is now available.

SeekerSeeker is a fire performer, an actor, a stage combatant, and a teacher. Her career as a theatre instructor and director allows her to combine her love of teaching with her love of performing and creating. She discovered fire performance 6 years ago when she picked up fire staff as her first (and still favorite) fire prop. She finds peace within the fire, as well as a challenge to burn brightly. Seeker is also the labyrinth designer again this year for EWF.




Taren Martin has been active in the Pittsburgh Pagan community for over 16 years, and has followed Anglo-Saxon Heathenry since 2005. He is currently a member of the Druidic organization Ár nDraíocht Féin, and a gesið of Earendel Hearth. Taren is the co-creator of the Martin Rune Deck, and varied other artworks, all available at www.wolfden-designs.com. A professional artist, his artworks have been featured in local and national publications and festivals.


SeamusJames “Seamus” Dillard has been active in the Ohio Pagan community for 13 years and has been a member of ADF and Three Cranes Grove for over ten years. He follows Native American, Asatru’ and Druid paths. He has served Three Cranes as Purse-warden and Senior Druid; ADF Warrior’s Guild as Scribe and Guild Chief and ADF as Vice Archdruid and priest. He is also Chairman of the Board for Cornerstone Pagan Fellowship. He has co-written or contributed to three books, Fire on our Hearth, Call of the Crane and Pagan Fires: Ritual Fundamentals and wrote ADF’s Warrior’s Guild 1st Circle Training Program and the companion book Modern Day Warrior. He has conducted workshops at Starwood Festival, Sirius Rising, Wellspring Festival, Trillium Gathering, Summerset Festival, Summerlands Festival, Earth Warriors Festival, Pan-Druid Festival, Desert Magic and Summerset Festival. He has a new age CD out called Empyrean - Into the Light and was host and editor for the Tribeways Podcast. He is also co-owner of The Magical Druid.

Devin HunterDevin Hunter is a professional Witch and Psychic Medium, and is the host of the number one show in Paganism; The Modern Witch Podcast. Devin is the founder of The Sacred Fires Tradition of Witchcraft and has helped thousands of people from all over the world understand and develop their gifts. Kay LouiseKayLouise & "Fusion" With a great respect for traditional middle eastern belly dance and over 35 years of performance experience, Kaylouise applies belly dance technique to Arabic music as well as a variety of other music genres. This "fusion" allows her to take the style of a belly dancer and blend it with blues & vaudeville and more contemporary, urban songs.

Kaylouise has been dancing formally since 1975. She began "The Place for Dance," a women's wellness program, in 2004, and created the professional performance troupe "Mesmeric", in September of 2006.
